Ok thanx..yes aku notice deck tu..adrian pun dah correctkan aku balik sebab depa tau event tu..depa ada masa tu ngan Kumar semua....camera tu set salah date...first board aku tahun 88 California Pro..then hilang...pinjam deck kawan dan beli my first pro board in 1991. Sebab bawak parents pi Pacific Gold sg wang tu dia..RM 800 for complete skateboard... so kena tunggu B'Day aku yg kebarapa entah..naik bas ngan Joe Ipoh sama member aku..aku pun pau auntie aku yg beria nak beli present aku..so aku pau skateboard complete kat bawah lot 10... Resit tu masih ada lagi..ada kat forum ni punya thread old school trivia.. Wei Santa Cruz buat everslick balik..tak silap aku ada baca dlm web...rider lama depa ada balik so kena buat deck shape old school. iaitu Eric Dressen and Tom Knox (straightedge skater). Pi check sini..syok wo...http://www.santacruzskateboards.com/decks/index.php?TYPE=vets Tak silap aku ada perasan deck slick tak sure which copamy punya kat kedai tudian kat Sg Wang last month...wei Yus..hang tak akan tak ada gambor...pinjam la scan..aku dok keramat je...meh umah aku la kala takut aku curi gambor tu....gambor demo Klang masa Timo ada..kut2 ada gambor aku terselit ke..aku kan dijemput oleh Padin utk buat demo ngan Joe Ipoh. Wakil dari Ipoh...aku lauch over kereta masa tu..ada few budak andals yg shoot tapi aku tak pernah ada gambar tu..kenangan tu..sapa percaya aku yg cam ni leh lauch over kereta... Nanti aku cari sket stuff dari sumber2 lama...baru boley bwk umah hang! Andalas in Memory... dayabumi Stairs in History!!! first sign board "Skatebording Is Not Allowed' yg di alih bahasa 'Dilarang Bermain Papan Luncur Disini" tu lagi nostalgia... cari lahh satu KL kalau ader signboard camtu..!! hahahahah!!! ader lagi ker sign board tu ah?? |

yeah offcourse still remember skatewarehouse but i only know at the Tmn Melawati one..PJ punya i don't know..I don't know the owner but all i know they said they are doing publishing..KLUE mag or JUICE....
Pacific Gold have to go Tmn Shemelin to meet the owner and Malaysia punya quiksilver. I think it's the same person...both uncle and auntie or pacific gold ada conflict so one open Quiksilver and one open another surf brand at KL plaza..that's what i know la..
wavedreamer!! Send me some pic in high resolution..or borrow me to scan it. I'll show where i live la if you scared i hilang or rip off..or another option i'll bring a laptop with my scanner and we can meet up at mamak or anywhere or skatepark..and scan it directly - immediately... come on man need those pic for the documentary coz i know old video footage the chanes is very low...but pic i guess a lot still keep..

R.A.D i ada tapi tak sure elok lagi....Thrasher i only have issue 1991 the earliest...
RAD best...still remember brand 90?..semua vert pool skaters pakai tshirt tu...can see it in almost all RAD issue...RAD and my old mag is at my parents home in Ipoh..nanti i check againbut i think banyak dah koyak2......

i have an old chinesse newspapaer cuttings...
it's comp at Lo 10 and high ollie comp..i notice Budiman there, Kamil, Hatta, the rest i can't remember..next week i balik Ipoh i'll check again...coz i also need them to scan before my mom did something with my old boxes..last raya 2006 it's still in the storeroom..

To all yg baca ni...and to all yg old school skaters dan juga yg pi gathering hari tu. Pls i need your support. Send me your old pic. Be it lepak-lepak photos with sk8 friends, skate spot, sk8 park..i need it most from the mid 80 's till mid 90's. paper cuttings about sk8 board from that year too..video footage, tv recorded skateboard local demos, events or commercials. Need all these..then i can do my work..i cannot do th interview now if don't have enough BAHAN.... Interview is the last part..will interview by section....i'll get all those who came to the gathering for the interview. All of you must involved in the dvd. It's important... So pls..send me pic...  how can we talk about Hans Donovan if we don' have his photos or the milo ads..how can we alked about Megat Fahmy if we don't have his pic..how can we talk about Bukit cerakah if we don't have the park pic and paper cuttings? ow can we talk about Pacific Sports, Mega skate or skatewarehouse if we don't have their shop phtos or event photos or contact? So help me out man...if you all malas to scan...just let me do it..i'm FREE...don't want to borrow..then i come to your house with my laptop and scanner...i sanggup to do anything fo this project man.... |

R.A.D. (rude and dangerous) magazine is the cheapiest in town at that time RM9.70, brought most of it at The Mall (Yoahan), I manage to find issue 111, 113, 114, 116, 117 & 118 in good condition in my store room. Those issue were release during 92-93.

R.A.D.
